The Counseling Practice

Anaha Services LLC is a privately owned tele-mental health practice offering a suite of Professional Counseling, Supervision, and Education services. Individuals and various Groupings receive empowerment toward personal, mental, and spiritual wholeness, all critical components to experiencing the joy of living.

We believe HIPAA compliant Virtual meeting spaces affords the opportunity for access to care of compassionate and educational experiences in order to achieve success for increasing joy.  Anaha Services LLC takes seriously our mission to ensure "ahas", seeds that can grow into one’s own “aha” moments, that are revealed in the gentle soil of our patience, peace, and understanding. We comprehend that heart changes, resolutions, and planting new seeds can be a challenge. Clients will find a welcoming space in which to discover and celebrate a changing narrative of "ahas" along a chosen path!

 “… Do not allow this world to mold you in its own image. Instead, be transformed from the inside out, by renewing your mind. ...” [Romans 12:2, VOICE] reflects the choice of a transformative perspective, "ahas". I find this scripture continues to frame a process of learning & practicing new moments of understanding, lighting the way to new possibilities and experiencing new joys. I care, honor, and treasure the value of the sacred human experience in this discovery of personal strengths in elevating "aha" moments to new wholeness practices.

I am thankful to lovingly reflect on my many years of counseling, encouraging and supporting children, youth & young adults, families, and groups both virtually and in-person. 

I find providing a "person-centered" focus in my skills of counseling, consultation, coordination, crisis management, supervision, counseling supervision, and in specialized training and development scenarios releases my clients to authentically virtually celebrate! We can continue to enjoy "rounds of many applauses" & consider partaking of our favorite virtual treats of celebration together!
